Chase Newbold is a Creative Designer studying Visual Communication Design at Thomas Jefferson University.
My name is Chase Newbold, and I’m a passionate Creative Designer currently pursuing a degree in Visual Communication Design at Thomas Jefferson University. My journey as a designer didn’t just begin in the classroom—it started at home, where creativity was part of everyday life.
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in design, I was surrounded by inspiration from an early age. My dad, an architect, taught me the importance of structure and purpose in design, while my mom, a talented graphic designer, showed me the power of color, storytelling, and connection through visuals. Together, they instilled in me an appreciation for the craft and gave me countless opportunities to experiment, learn, and create alongside them at Newbold Design, our family studio.
My passion for design grew as I began branding and developing my own ideas, blending the foundational lessons I learned at home with the cutting-edge techniques I’ve gained in school. Whether it’s working on projects in class, collaborating with clients, or pursuing independent ventures, I strive to create meaningful designs that communicate, inspire, and elevate.
Through dedication and hands-on experience, I’ve cultivated a vision that’s as diverse as it is ambitious. For me, design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about solving problems, sparking emotions, and building connections. I’m excited to continue shaping my craft and look forward to making a lasting impact in the world of design.
